1. Who we are

Grovion is a business performance consultancy registered in the Netherlands. This privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit our website or engage with our services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG/GDPR).

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, company website (optional), and your message.
  • Calendly booking: any data you provide when booking a call via Calendly. Calendly is a third-party service with its own privacy policy.
  • Analytics: anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) via Google Analytics, if enabled. No personal data is stored for analytics purposes.

3. Why we process your data

  • To respond to your contact form submission (legitimate interest / contract performance)
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls (contract performance)
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve it (legitimate interest)

4. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, and deleted within 12 months if no engagement is entered into. Client data is retained for as long as legally required (7 years for financial records).

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Calendly — for scheduling calls (USA, Privacy Shield/SCCs)
  • Google Analytics — for anonymised usage statistics (USA, SCCs)
  • Our email provider — to deliver contact form submissions

6. Your rights

Under the AVG/GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl

7. Cookies

We use a minimal number of cookies. Analytics cookies are only placed after you accept them via the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
