Common questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, just ask.

Grovion works with Dutch SMBs typically generating between €100K and €5M in annual revenue. The sweet spot is businesses that have product-market fit and real customers, but feel like growth is slower than it should be — or that operations are messier than they need to be.

Business coaches typically guide you through conversations and help you think through decisions. Grovion goes further: we diagnose your business with data, build a concrete plan, and then actually implement the improvements alongside your team. You get a result, not just insight.

A marketing agency focuses on one channel or discipline. Grovion looks at your entire business — offer, marketing, sales, and operations — simultaneously. Often the root cause of a marketing problem is actually in the offer or in how the sales process is set up. We find the actual problem, not just the symptom.

Both. After the Business Scan and Implementation Plan, you can choose to take the plan and execute it yourself — or have Grovion implement alongside your team. Most clients choose implementation because that is where the real value is captured.

The Business Scan takes 2–3 weeks. The Implementation Plan follows within 1–2 weeks. Implementation itself depends on the scope — typically 4 to 12 weeks. After that, monitoring continues at whatever cadence makes sense for your business.

In practice, this has never happened. Every business has inefficiencies, missed opportunities, or systems that could be sharper. That said, if the diagnosis genuinely shows your business is optimally run, we will tell you exactly that — along with the reasoning.

No special preparation is needed. It helps to have access to basic business data — revenue figures, conversion rates, team structure — but even if this is not neatly organised, the Business Scan process will uncover and structure what is needed.
